Financial and Insolvency

We are perfectly familiar with the contracts and clauses used in the market for this type of transactions, but we do not stop there. Our advantage lies in the understanding of the contracts and clauses imported from the common law under our civil system; through this exercise we can foresee the contingencies according to the structure proposed.

We are strategists, we generate action plans and lead effective teams; be it with other law firms or any other type of expert. We are deal-makers.
